WALKERSVILLE BURGESS & COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING

August 20, 2008

The special meeting of the Walkersville Burgess & Commissioners was called to order on Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. Those in attendance included Commissioners Sam Eyler, Donald Schildt, Russell Winch, and Debbie Zimmerman, Town Manager Gloria Long Rollins, Planning and Zoning Administrator Susan Hauver, Town Attorney David Severn, Jim Fitzgerald, Shamus Fitzgerald, Attorney Krista McGowan, Joe Brown, 0 citizens, 0 press.

Mr. Jim Fitzgerald and Mr. Joe Brown presented a concept plan for Century Center annexation into the Town of Walkersville. The attached Petition for Annexation was discussed. Burgess and Commissioners had opportunity to ask questions regarding the information presented, but no decisions or agreements were discussed.

There was no further business so the meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
